We produce the following type of face masks: •Disposable face mask, 3-ply with earloop, with CE mark and certificate of conformity, Type II according to EN 14683, BFE ≥98%, 50 pieces per box •Respiratory face mask KN95 according to norm GB2626-2006, 20 pieces per box Our production capacity for the disposable face masks is 200.000 pcs per day and for respiratory face masks 50.000 pcs per day. RHTC is een fabrikant en distributeur van hydraulische werkplaatspersen, C-framepersen, toogpersen, portaalpersen, productiepersen, vierkolomspersen en vele andere metaalbewerkingsmachines. Onze gemotoriseerde Profi Press wordt gemaakt in Nederland en gedistribueerd naar meer dan honderd dealers in verschillende landen overal ter wereld. Deze gemotoriseerde werkplaatspersen hebben een beweegbare cilinder, twee verschillende toerentallen en een extra handpomp voor nauwkeurig persen. De tafel zware werktafel kan gemakkelijk versteld worden. Ook alle andere machines van RHTC worden in Europa gemaakt. Dat gebeurt volgens de nieuwste CE-voorschriften. Al onze persen kunnen aan specifieke eisen aangepast worden. Daarbij maakt het niet uit of het nu om de toerentallen, het besturingssysteem of de geometrie gaat. MENKEN VAN DEN ASSEM FRESH FOOD

In onze IFS gecertificeerde verpakkingsruimte hebben we verschillende verpakkingslijnen staan. Hierdoor kunnen we een brede range aan verpakkingsoplossingen voor de voedingsindustrie aanbieden. We kunnen jouw product bijvoorbeeld verpakken in een tray, cup, zakje, pillowbag of blokzak. Omdat wij merken dat een flexibel verpakkingsproces van toegevoegde waarde is, kunnen we onze machines snel ombouwen voor nieuwe verpakkingsvormen. We kunnen alle producten vacumeren en begassen met stikstof of een mix van CO2 en stikstof, waardoor de houdbaarheid van jouw product op een natuurlijke manier wordt verlengd. Daarna wordt de verpakking gesealed en indien nodig komt er een deksel op. Ook helpen we graag met het ontwikkelen van een plastic of papieren etiket, een banderol, voorbedrukte folie of een sleeve. We hebben jarenlange samenwerkingen met leveranciers van deze producten en denken graag met je mee in het design. Doordat onze product management afdeling precies weet wat de consument wil en onze kwaliteitsafdeling weet wat noodzakelijk is volgens de wetgeving, kunnen wij jou ook op dit gebied adviseren.
