Some clients prefer to be able to purchase a hot forged component without having to do the assembly to the component themselves. They can use our extensive options for manual or automated assembly. Partly because of this expertise, Bons & Evers group has developed into a highly reputable supplier and solution partner. The assembly of hot forged products into “ready to assemble” components is usually done fully automatically. If desired, we develop customer-specific machine concepts for this operation. Through a fully automatic, CNC-controlled machining finish, the forged parts receive their final shape.To realize the functionality of a forged part, machining finishing is required. At all locations, Bons & Evers Group has fully automatic CNC-controlled machines with which a very high surface quality can be accurately applied. Because both locations are complementary in terms of machinery, an extremely flexible total solution is created for the production of batches.
