We offer this pale yellow coloured oil, extracted from sunflower seeds, is a very stable oil with a long shelf life and without hydrogenation. Sunflower oil is light in taste and appearance and supplies more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. It is a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels. RBDW Sunflower Oil is a general purpose oil often used for the preparation of dressings for salads and raw vegetables, marinades, mayonnaise and diet-margarine. It can also be used for shallow frying, pastry making and baking.

Product specifications; Frozen Pre-Fried French Fries (IQF) Sizes: 7x7 mm, 8 x 8 mm, 9 x 9 mm Grade: A, B Packaging: Standard cartons of 10 x 1 kg & 4 x 2.5 kgs COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pre-heat oil to 175 °C (350F°). Place the required amount of product into the wire basket and fry for approximately 3-4 minutes. Do not bake too large quantities at once. Drain well before serving.
