Wij gebruiken plasma om plaat te snijden. We beschikken over ultramoderne apparatuur waarmee we materialen als koolstof-/constructiestaal, roestvrij staal, hittebestendig staal en aluminium nauwkeurig kunnen bewerken. Met onze machine kunnen we werkstukken snijden die binnen de afmetingen vallen: 6000 x 2000 mm in lengte, max dikte 40 mm. Tijdens het plasmasnijproces wordt het materiaal gesmolten. Daarna wordt het uit de spleet geworpen door een sterk geconcentreerde plasmaboog met hoge kinetische energie. De plasmamethode kan worden gebruikt om grote onderdelen te snijden. Net als lasersnijden biedt deze methode een hoge precisie. Type te snijden materiaal (max. dikte 40 mm): - koolstofstaal / constructiestaal - roestvrij staal, hittebestendig - aluminium
