    Bollensteak.nl is onderdeel van Vleesverwerkingsbedrijf van der Holst BV. Vleesverwerkingsbedrijf van der Holst is een snel groeiend familiebedrijf dat in 2000 is opgericht. Eigenaar Paul van der Holst heeft het slagersvak met de paplepel ingegoten gekregen. Zijn vader die ook sinds jaar en dag al in de vleesverwerking actief is, nam hem als kleine jongen al mee en leerde hem de fijne kneepjes van het vak. Na jaren lang in dienst te zijn bij familie en andere slagerijen besloot Paul van der Holst dat hij voor zichzelf wilde beginnen. In 2000 begon hij met een paar man personeel zijn eigen uitbeenderij. Vrijwel direct was er vraag van kennissen vanuit de Horeca of hij hen kon voorzien van vlees. Vandaag de dag bestaat het team van vleesverwerkingsbedrijf van der Holst en Van der Holst - Vlees voor de Horeca uit ongeveer 40 gepassioneerde medewerkers en enkele partners. Samen doen wij ons uiterste best om het succes van deze ondernemingen door te zetten bij Bollensteak.nl, en u een uitzonderlijk stukje vlees te bezorgen.
