De werkwijze : Het op maat knippen , zodat er een gelijkmatig product verkregen wordt; Stek sorteren ; In overleg blad halveren ; In overleg poederen van het stek ; Steken van stek in stektrays ; De trays en stek bevochtigen na het steken ; Insealen van de karren ; Bewaren bij de juiste temp. en R.V. ; Geconditioneerd transport. Kwaliteit waarborgen. Doordat wij over moderne cellen beschikken, kunnen wij na ontvangst en verwerking Uw product onder de juiste omstandigheden bewaren, zodat wij een gelijkmatig en kwalitatief product kunnen leveren. We work from our location in Poland, where we have spacious and sufficient cold stores for the storage of your products. Our employees have years of experience in making and processing cuttings, while observing strict hygiene rules during processing and storage. So that we can deliver the highest quality.
