Our delivery program includes: - Bulk goods handling (unloading, filling, dosing, transporting, containment up to OEB 6 level); - Single-use technology (containment OEB 1-5, PE liners, endless liners, etc.); - Solid-liquid separation (Nutsche filters, vacuum drying); - Super centrifuges (decanter centrifuges with a vertical rotor rotating at 15, 000G); - Components (elements, valves, check valves). - We also have two test laboratories near the factory in Munich & Barcelona. ENGINEERING Het J. de Jonge Adviesburo is een onafhankelijk ingenieursbureau voor de (petro)chemische industrie en tankoverslagbedrijven. CONSTRUCTION & PIPING J. de Jonge flowsystems is gespecialiseerd in vervaardiging van werktuigbouwkundige constructies en de aanleg van leidingsystemen. Wij handelen onze opdrachten af binnen de afgesproken levertijd en met de vereiste kwaliteit. Uiteraard staan hierbij de eisen ten aanzien van veiligheid, arbo en milieu voorop. LOADING TECHNOLOGY De divisie Loading Technology is toonaangevend op het gebied van laad- en losinstallaties voor schepen, trucks en wagons. Wij leveren maatwerk in ontwerp, nieuwbouw, onderhoud, reparatie en modificatie / upgrading voor iedere klantspecifieke toepassing. ROTATING EQUIPMENT Wij doen nieuwlevering, onderhoud, reparatie en revisie van Rotating Equipment, zoals alle merken pompen, vacuümpompen, side- en top entrymixers, ventilatoren en overige equipment. HEAT EXCHANGER SERVICE Heat Exchanger Service is gespecialiseerd in reparatie en nieuwbouw van alle typen Shell & Tube warmtewisselaars, luchtkoelers, air fin banken en drukvaten tot circa 3 meter diameter en 60 ton in gewicht voor de (petro)chemische industrie en de energiesector.
