DESIGN&PRACTICE

Design&Practice is een internationaal opererend grafisch ontwerpbureau gevestigd in Amsterdam. De studio is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen van sterke en unieke merkidentiteiten en vernieuwende ontwerpen voor drukwerk, verpakkingen, online en ruimtelijke omgevingen. Onze missie is om tot de verbeelding sprekende ontwerpen te maken middels strategisch analytisch denken, een goede samenwerking met de klant en een unieke en eigen ontwerp esthetiek. De studio is opgericht in 2015 door Golnar Roshan en Ruben de la Rive Box (ook oprichters van Rive Roshan) met als doel de creativiteit en innovatie uit hun andere werkzaamheden te bundelen en toe te passen voor klantgerichte projecten. Design&Practice creëert strategische ontwerp oplossingen gebaseerd op de experimentele visie die de twee studio's delen.
STANDARD STUDIO

Standard Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Amsterdam, our team consists of architects, interior designers, graphic designers, and stylists specialized in branded environments, funky office spaces, and contemporary dream homes. We have everything you need in a design process right at your doorstep. Standard Studio loves fusion and making new connections. We work with various specialists specifically selected for each project. This allows us to create bigger teams on large projects or smaller hands-on teams on small projects. This way we can offer intense client contact and detailed project supervision both in The Netherlands and abroad. We have a special love for new technologies and innovation. We just love to incorporate them into our designs. Everybody should question the ordinary: ‘Why do we do what we do in the way we do? ” We want to break free from ‘standards’ in architecture, interior, and product design so that new forms and concepts have free space to develop and create new ‘things’. We embrace a modern, globally-oriented philosophy of design, and like to work with high-quality materials and include storytelling objects.
ALSKAR DESIGN

Alskar Design is een industrieel ontwerpbureau in Amsterdam met een sterk team van ervaren ontwerpers. Iets over ons We zijn meer dan 10 jaar gevestigd als een ontwerpbureau en werkten aan vele projecten in verschillende sectoren. In 2006 zijn we het bedrijf gestart als Bluelarix Designworks. In 2017 wijzigden we onze naam in Alskar Design. We fuseerden niet, we werden niet overgenomen, we voelden alleen dat een nieuwe naam beter onze identiteit en verhaal kon uitdrukken. Door de jaren heen ontwierpen we tientallen sport producten, medische producten, hoge kwaliteit consumenten producten en tools voor professionals, werden bekroond met awards en wereldwijd succesvol ingezet. Onze naam en identiteit Alskar is een onbekende bestemming. De klank doet denken aan regio's zoals de vallei van Zanskar, Alaska of Madagaskar. Onze naam symboliseert het gaan waar niemand ooit ging. Het ontwikkelen van producten die nog nooit zijn gemaakt. Het verkennen van de grenzen van krachtige innovatie en product design. We zijn goed voorbereid, hebben de beste tools en jarenlange ervaring. Ons team staat klaar om uw expeditie te leiden. Exploration is wired into our brains. STUDIO RAMIN VISCH

calm - space - colour Our projects stand out for their broad, architectonic gestures which exude calm, space and colour. In executing the design, we opt for simple materials and apply them with an intense feel for detailing. It is an approach that yields designs made to be lived in. Diverse though our clients are, ranging from museums to schools and from cafés to cinemas, we always set about the task with a thorough survey of the project situation. The resulting inventory takes in the client’s requirements, the target user, the existing and desired ingredients, the architectural and civic context, and the budget. These elements are analysed in relation to one another and become implicit constituents of the seemingly simple spatial concept that ensues. The complexity of our initial analysis reflects itself at a functional level without ever dominating the result. It is this that underlies the strength of our designs and forms the basis of our stylistic signature. We endeavour to bring order to a tangle of competing factors, surprising people’s expectations with our logical, ingenious solutions and with the way we structure the spatial context to eliminate all clutter and noise. What remains is a lucid, transparent, fresh total image. Above all we aim to create a spatial context into which the actual interior can settle as though of its own accord, ready to be taken into use.
STUDIOVK

StudioVK is an independantly operating team of two architects who share a broad experience in the field of consult and design of urban and architectureal projects. With a different outlook on spacial requirements, studioVK can assist clients with the development of a wide range of building projects. StudioVK specializes in feasability studies, masterplanning and preliminary urban and architectural design. Its expertise: a view on form and space, with special care for the spacial environment and the human scale. Within studioVK, the architects Pietjan Versluis and Katinka van der Koogh cooperate on each project, though each has its own specific range of experience and knowledge. They share a practical approach in which ‘form follows function’, and they will zoom in on built quality for now and in the future. The aim of studioVK is to thoroughly fathom the clients needs, to put forward possible alternatives, to look for unsuspected chances and to achieve a final result which is durable.
