We produce the following type of face masks: •Disposable face mask, 3-ply with earloop, with CE mark and certificate of conformity, Type II according to EN 14683, BFE ≥98%, 50 pieces per box •Respiratory face mask KN95 according to norm GB2626-2006, 20 pieces per box Our production capacity for the disposable face masks is 200.000 pcs per day and for respiratory face masks 50.000 pcs per day. IPC Process Center GmbH & Co. KG biedt de service aan van raffinage van haar bulkgrondstoffen en -producten. Wij raffineren poeders, granulaten en pellets voor een breed scala van toepassingen. In onze gekwalificeerde contractfaciliteiten verwerken wij bijvoorbeeld vloeibare preparaten tot vaste stoffen, agglomereren wij poedermengsels, brengen wij functionele coatings aan en nog veel meer. In ieder geval gaat het om individuele, op maat gemaakte bulkgoederen voor rekening van de klant. Samen met onze klanten ontwikkelen wij dergelijke producten in ons technisch centrum om ze later te produceren in een van onze 6 contractfabrieken. Als contractfabrikant is IPC gespecialiseerd in de volgende technologische processen: Agglomeratie in een wervelbed, bekleding in een wervelbed (waterig en smeltend), sproeikorrels (continu wervelbedprocédé), met name de mogelijkheid om het sproeibedprocédé toe te passen, natte granulatie in de intensieve menger, lagedruk-extrusie (mandextruder). De productie wordt voltooid met het testen en vrijgeven van het product in het chemisch-fysisch laboratorium. Ons gekwalificeerd ERP-systeem garandeert een honderd procent traceerbaarheid van alle bewegingen van grondstoffen, van de ontvangst van goederen tot de verzending van afgewerkte goederen. Onze productiefaciliteiten en expertise staan ter beschikking van klanten in de levensmiddelen-, diervoeder-, farmaceutische, cosmetica- en chemische industrie.

Als u uw cosmetica wilt verkopen in Europa en het Verenigd Koninkrijk is het absoluut noodzakelijk dat ze voldoen aan de Europese Regelgeving (EG) 1223/2009 die van toepassing is in 31 landen in Europa en in Groot-Brittannië. Deze regelgeving staat er bekend om de strengste regelgeving ter wereld te zijn. In Europa zijn er namelijk talrijke conformiteitscriteria voor cosmeticaproducten vereist en het is tevens verplicht dat een veiligheidscontroleur alle documenten inzake de ingrediënten van het product nakijkt. Deze doet tevens onderzoek naar belangrijke toxicologische gegevens om een veiligheidsanalyse van het cosmetische product (CPSR) op te stellen.Na het uitvoeren van deze analyse, kan het productinformatiedossier opgesteld worden en worden de labels herzien om de vereiste gegevens weer te geven. De laatste stap van elk registratieproject is de vermelding op de portaal (CPNP en/of SCPN).
