Furnaces are manufactured in three types that can operate on diesel, natural gas, and electricity. The production of all varieties and sizes of bread and other baked goods is done on a stone base. The stone material has been specially developed to ensure health-compliant production and allows for baking even at very high temperatures. The hot gases produced in the combustion chamber of the oven are circulated around the baking chambers, ensuring they are heated. The baking chambers are made of steel sheets, and there is absolutely no possibility of combustion gases leaking into the baking chambers from the gas channels. The design of the gas channels and baking chambers ensures that the same temperature is achieved during baking in each chamber and at every point within the chambers. Thanks to the insulation of the chambers, steam leakage from the inside to the outside has been prevented. The steam necessary for achieving the desired color and thin crust formation in the production of bread, sandwich bread, and similar products is provided by steam generators.
