Lasersoldering services with oscillation (wobble) technology and lasers of up to 2 kW power. We offer solutions for the welding of battery modules, sheet metal parts, or tubes in stainless steel and aluminum. Additionally, we can perform welds in combinations of materials, such as nickel-copper or nickel-steel. We have the following lasers available in our laboratory: Laser QCW 600-6000 Laser CW 50 µm 1000 W Laser SingleMode CW 20 µm 2000W Likewise, in our robotic cell, we can use different laser heads, combined with temperature monitoring systems, working distance, and coaxial image processing!
